Before launching Salera Consulting, I served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Sponsorships and Community Relations at FleetBoston Financial/BankBoston/Bank of Boston; as an Account Executive at Conventures Public Relations; and, in leadership roles with local and national non-profit organizations.

My corporate work focused on the development of cause-marketing programs, including the nationally-recognized Fleet Museums On Us and the award-winning Bank of Boston Home Court Advantage - an alliance with Boston Celtics; proprietary community marketing platforms, including Fleet Holiday Drive and Fleet VolunteerLink - an alliance with Big Brothers/Big Sisters; and employee volunteer programs including Eagle Corps and Fleet Works.

My responsibilities also included the oversight for community marketing and advertising, including the development of corporate citizenship branding campaigns.

My former corporate roles included the building and management of partnerships with entities including: New England Patriots, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Boston Red Sox, Live Nation/ClearChannel, Celebrity Series of Boston, Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston, WGBH/PBS. Professional Golfers Association, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Metropolitan Museum of Art and WBUR/NPR.
